At the Evershine Group, we think our quality certifications such as ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009 demonstrate our commitment to providing the best possible parts at the most competitive prices. However, our commitment goes beyond certifications. We have a staff of quality professionals whose sole focus is making sure we produce parts and products that are as perfect as possible.
Our quality system consists of Incoming Quality where the raw materials or parts are checked on sampling basis, Process Quality where the first part piece inspection is done at the start of production and once approved a Time Check is done every two hours. Lastly every lot is then checked on sampling basis during Outgoing Quality Check.
In all our manufacturing facilities we have multiple quality inspection tools to check the parts dimensionally, functionally and aesthetically. We have also dedicatedly invested on specific tools and machines like LASER FAN BALANCING MACHINE to control the quality of specific parts such as RADIATOR FANS. Further we have online electrical and functional testing equipment's for our products such as Air coolers.
